Halloween #Cocktail Inspiration from Funkin
What are your plans for October 31st? This year I will be spending the evening with my sister indulging in a tonne of TV watching, pizza and cocktails thanks to Funkin who have sent me a fantastic Halloween kit* to create some spooktakular drinks, from the fruity ‘Brazilian Zombie’, to the zingy ‘Ruined Daiquiri’ and not forgetting a smooth ‘Dead Celeb Cooler’.
Funkin, who offer 100% natural fresh fruit cocktail mixers, have come up with some fantastic cocktail recipes along with their Halloween Party Pack to celebrate the macabre season and I wanted to share them with you so perhaps you will be inspired to follow in the footsteps of my sister and I this Halloween. I think my favourite will probably the Zombie as I have a really sweet tooth whereas my sister who is a big fan of Kahlua will probably love the Celeb Cooler!

Funkin Brazilian Zombie:
- 100ml Funkin Brazilian cocktail mixer
- 10ml Grenadine
- 50ml Dark Rum
Method: Pour the Funkin Brazilian over ice, add grenadine and top off with with Dark Rum. To finish off garnish with lime, orange wedges and a sprig of mint.
Funkin Ruined Daiquiri
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml Campari
- 100ml Funkin Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail mixer
Method: Mix up all ingredients together and pour over ice, garnishing with an orange peel.
Funkin Dead Celeb Cooler
- 25ml Vanilla Vodka
- 25ml Kahlua
- 100ml Funkin Hollywood cocktail mixer
Method: Mix up all ingredients together and pour over ice, garnishing with a wedge of orange.
