Review: Emobox wearable technology

If you are anything like me you’re always in need of a USB memory stick and never able to find one. I do actually have some somewhere, but they it’s never a right time right place situation! So I was super happy when wearable technology brand Emobox asked if I would like to try out some of their technology on the go products.

I selected two items to try, first the delightful little bijou blue heart necklace & the Chanel inspired classy & fabulous wallet drive.

The pendant is a heart shaped USB Flash drive pendant, encrusted with blue rhinestones in a silver metal base and comes with a 30″  silver chain necklace. The pendant has an easy to open magnetic feature allowing you to easily turn this sparkly item of jewellery into a functional USB storage system. I love the idea of ubiquitous, wearable technology and so fell in love with the heart necklace straight away – who wouldn’t want to have a fun accessory as well as a 8GB memory stick right at hand? I think this is an adorable piece which any lady who – like me – finds herself with digital storage needs on a regular basis, will find a god-send.

The wallet drive is a credit card shaped USB Flash Drive which easily fits into wallet, oyster card & ID card holder offering 8 GB of data storage. I am forever filling my purse up with random and useless bits of paraphernalia (I have about 5 Nandos loyalty cards!) so it makes a nice change to have something functional in my bag and I can feel happy that my data is safe and secure. Who can deny that Coco Chanel’s inspirational message on the front doesn’t make them smile? ‘A girl should be two things, classy & fabulous‘.
