SuperTooth Disco2

Something you need to know about me is that I love music and I love to sing – not in public but at home when I’m cooking or just relaxing.  Up until recently I played my music via my iPhone,  Spotify and a dock with speakers.  Although this works perfectly well the sound quality is not great and as the dock speakers only face one way when I’m behind the dock the music is definitely lacking.

I was lucky enough to have recently taken part in a prize draw in which I won a SuperTooth Disco2,  a speaker offering me the chance to up my at home music consumption. The speaker streams music wirelessly from any bluetooth device – such as my iPhone, tablet or laptop perfect for when I’m in the mood for a sing a long! It’s easy to sync the speaker to your device – simply hold down one button for 10 seconds or so and select the SuperTooth on your device’s connectivity options and you’re ready to go.

What’s really great about this speaker is that it’s super portable,  being charged from the mains then disconnect and take with you to the kitchen, garden or even the beach. The rechargeable batteries offer around 3-4 hours of non-stop, maximum-volume music or up to 10 hours of moderately played tunes from a two hour charge. Additionally there’s no more problem with being behind the speakers the SuperTooth has two slim speakers at the front with an additional bass reflex system in back allowing for an element of surround sound.

The speakers are available in a number of colours to match your home – I was really lucky to have won a red one which goes perfectly with our lounge – these are available from Amazon.co.uk and John Lewis Online for £79.99.
