Review: EarFun GO Bluetooth Speaker
On these recently nice summer evenings, I have found myself enjoying a cheeky gin & tonic in the garden whilst reading a book and listening to some music from my phone.
I hadn’t really considered finding something a little better suited to playing music in the garden, so when I was offered the chance to review the EarFun GO Bluetooth Speaker I was glad to try it out.
The EarFun company dedicates to creating next-generation wireless audio devices and provide superior-quality audio products and they believe that technology can enhance modern lifestyles and seamlessly fit within the fabric of our lives.
When it arrived I was super excited to open up the EarFun GO Bluetooth Speaker and try it out. This model boasts many benefits including:
- Superior sound: The 12W high-performance drivers with advanced DSP technology delivers a surprisingly top-quality sound with crisp treble and a decent amount of bass. I am always wary of this small wireless speakers but I have enjoyed listening to a wide range of music genres on this speaker and have yet to find an issue.
- Waterproof: The EarFun GO boasts ultra-safe IPX7 water protection which means it will withstand spills, rain, and amazingly even complete submersion (although I haven’t tested this!!) This makes it perfect for use in the garden, for camping or at a pool party.
- Lightweight: The speaker has been designed to be portable; 6.3×2.2×2.2 inches, which means that you can take it where you want to go. It’s perfect for slipping into a handbag or tote and heading out of the door.
- Battery Hour: Two 2200 mAh rechargeable batteries allow for up to 24 hours of playtime on a full charge. It takes 4 hours to fully charge the speaker and it comes with a handy USB cable.
- Connectivity: Like all good wireless speakers the EarFun Go uses bluetooth to connect to phones, tablets, etc. The speaker has advanced Bluetooth 5.0 which allows for a more stable and faster connection. The connection range is up to 100 ft unobstructed away from your device and the speaker comes with a backup 3.5mm aux-in jack for connecting non-Bluetooth devices. You can even connect two EarFun Go speakers together to create stereo sound, perfect for big anthems or watching movies.
- Hands-Free: The speaker has a built-in microphone for you to enjoy crystal-clear hands-free calls and voice assistant like Siri or Google Now.
I have really enjoyed using the EarFun Go speaker to keep me entertained and have been impressed with its power despite its small size and would recommend it to anyone looking for a portable, powerful speaker. I award it 5 out of 5 stars.
