Crocs: Don’t count them out

So not that long ago I sat in a meeting at work listening to our Director of Social Media at the time talking about various online campaigns and she brought up the footwear retailer Crocs. At length she described how at first she had hated Crocs for being ugly and how she hated seeing people wearing them – but, once she actually tried some she loved them and had turned into their biggest advocate! So my message is Crocs: Don’t count them out!

I have been having problems with my feet recently, the shoes I have been wearing have not been supporting my feet properly and so have lead to painful ‘bruised’ feeling feet. I therefore went seeking supportive shoes and came to my old friends Crocs. I have had a pair of basic Croc ‘Clogs’ for a long time which I have used mostly for slippers – since then the range offered has expanded and when I went looking yesterday I found 3 pairs of shoes for my collection which will hopefully make my foot pain go away but styles that are on trend and not obvious!

These are what I picked out:

1) Women’s Crocs Cobbler Studded Ankle Boot

I really like these boots for Autumn/ Winter, built with Croc’s usual comfort they showcase the stud-embellishment which is so hot this season and offer my feet something warm and cosy for the winter months. The only con from these boots is that the size of the ankle-area is somewhat small (I had to go a size up to get my feet in them), but they are not so big as to be uncomfortable.

2) Women’s Crocband™ II.5 Flat

These flats are basic and simple, to use both at the office and as a going out shoe when heels aren’t appropriate! They fit well with good room for my wide feet and will give me the chance to look professional but also remain comfortable!

3) Women’s LoPro Long Vamp Leather Sneaker

Sneakers! Everyone needs a pair of sneakers they can use for those casual days and weekend trips out with family or friends. Again these offer a good fit for my poorly feet – I look forward to exploring more of London in my spare time wearing this pair of informal footwear.

Right now there is a great offer on Crocs shoes – I benefited from the 50% off on the second pair option!
