Review: Mer-rouge Deep Conditioning Mask from Molton Brown
I have to admit I haven’t ever really looked after my hair very well, with years of dying, blow drying and the occasional straightening having left my hair dry and lacklustre. Not long ago I attended a Molton Brown event at their Canary Wharf store and was treated to a lovely hand massage and was told all about their latest ranges and I left not only with smooth hands but with a set of their gorgeously festive Frankincense & Allspice goodies (hand wash, hand lotion and aroma reeds alongside a pot of the Mer-rouge Deep Conditioning Mask.
This product is a conditioning hair mask for all hair types described as a nurturing, intensive treat – something my hair desperately needs, especially in winter! The mask is blended with seaweed and amino acids for strength and shine as well as its vegetable proteins which help enrich and smooth. Like other intensive conditioners, this one from Molton Brown helps to soften, de-tangle and reduce risk of hair breakage.
The Mer-rouge Deep Conditioning Mask is great for dry, damaged or colour treated hair just like mine. Molton Brown recommends using the mask once or twice a week to help make your softer, stronger and more healthy-looking. Apply to clean, towel dried hair and comb through, leave for at least 15 minutes, then rinse.
One of the ladies at the Molton Brown store gave me a great tip, she said to make the mask last for longer simply mix roughly a teaspoon of mask with water and apply to your hair. It will give you great effects without you having to use up your mask too fast!
I look forward to using this once a week to keep my hair feeling more loved than before. I award the Mer-rouge Deep Conditioning Mask from Molton Brown 4 stars.
