Review: Hotel Chocolat Advent Calendar

I am now 7 days into my Hotel Chocolat Advent Calendar and I am loving every minute of it. I am not like my mother and sister whom can chomp down on chocolate all day long – I like a little bit at a time and this advent calendar certainly gives me my daily portion of delicious white chocolate.

I really don’t like dark chocolate, I have a very sweet tooth and don’t get on with the very bitter flavours of chocolate without milk to dilute the taste. I do enjoy milk chocolate, however, my favourite is definitely white chocolate! This is the first time I have seen an all-white Hotel Chocolat Advent Calendar and am impressed.

Not only is the chocolate really scrumptious but the calendar itself is gorgeous with silvery depictions of festive scenes from Father Christmas with his sleigh and reindeer to wintry woodland. I find myself having to fight off my husband for the daily treats!

I think this is a lovely count down to Christmas and am really happy to give it a coveted 5 stars!
