#Recipe Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1g (approx 1/2 teaspoon) matcha – I recommend TeaPigs!
- 200ml milk – you can use almond or coconut milk as as alternative to dairy
- A sweetener such as honey or sugar to taste
Method:
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to a cup or mug and mix with around 60ml of warmed milk to create a paste
- Add the rest of the warmed mik and whisk well
- Test and add your choice of sweetener to taste
